Call for Papers

Interested authors are invited to submit papers describing novel and previously unpublished results on all areas on coding and information theory, including but not limited to the focus topics below:

Paper Submission

To be published in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper. IEEE does not guarantee inclusion in IEEE Xplore. For more details about paper format, see paper submission guidelines.
